Who we are

Best Weight Loss Meds (bestweightlossmeds.com) compares published prices for weight-loss medicines from UK pharmacies. We do not sell medicines, provide medical advice or process prescriptions.

Operator and data-controller details are being updated and will be published here shortly. If you need to reach us about your data in the meantime, use the deal-submission form on the site.

What we collect

• Deal submissions. If you use the “Seen a better price?” form, we collect the details you enter (medicine, dose, price, pharmacy, links, notes) and your email address.
• Server logs. Our infrastructure provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to run and secure the site.

The weight-regain risk tool runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter are never sent to us or stored.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• Deal submissions: to review the price and, if needed, contact you to verify it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the comparison accurate.
• Server logs: to keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the service.

We do not use your email address for marketing, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It does not use a cookie banner because it does not need one.

Who we share it with

The site runs on Cloudflare, which serves the pages and stores submissions on our behalf as a processor under contract. Some processing may take place outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Deal submissions, including your email address, are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as our infrastructure provider needs them for security and operations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Affiliate links

Some links to pharmacies are affiliate links. They never change the prices we show or the order of the comparison table, which is sorted purely on price.
